How It Works

Mr Jobs designs and manages end-to-end recruitment and pre-employment pipelines, combining: Jobseeker sourcing, rigorous vetting, Pre-Employment training, incentive optimisation for direct deployment of staff into host employers. 

We act as the Employers Representative to the market which includes numerous WorkForce Australia Providers, Community and Industry Groups. We find the 10, 20 or 500+ people required, screen them, train them and deploy them as Job-Ready people ready to add value.

We then support the employer to access Government funding and hiring incentives as well as ongoing assistance for claims management as well as traineeships and further training programs that can attract additional Government rebate incentives. 

Vet & Select

We source and hand-pick candidates through interviews, reference and certification checks and role-alignment.

Train & Prepare

Candidates complete accredited units and soft-skills preparation with our RTO partners.

Place & Support

We coordinate inductions, onboarding and placements and manage government incentive claims for you.
